The Federation of Malaysian Business Associations (FMBA) actively participated in the high-level panel discussion at the REHDA Institute CEO Series 2026 a platform that convened senior policymakers, economists, and industry leaders to deliberate on key economic challenges and opportunities facing Malaysia and the ASEAN region.

Penutupan Permohonan Kuota Penggajian Pekerja Asing Tahun 2025
Sektor Perkhidmatan (Seliaan KPDN)

Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) ingin memaklumkan bahawa permohonan kuota penggajian pekerja asing bagi sektor perkhidmatan di bawah seliaan Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Kos Sara Hidup (KPDN) kini menghampiri had kuota yang ditetapkan oleh Kerajaan bagi tahun 2025, iaitu sebanyak 30,000 kuota.

Sehubungan itu, bagi memastikan pengurusan permohonan dilaksanakan secara teratur dan selaras dengan ketetapan kuota yang diluluskan, permohonan kuota penggajian pekerja asing melalui Pusat Sehenti (One Stop Centre – OSC) Pengurusan Pekerja Asing, KDN bagi sektor berkenaan akan ditutup lebih awal mulai 26 Disember 2025.

Walau bagaimanapun, permohonan kuota bagi sektor dan subsektor lain yang dibenarkan masih dibuka sehingga 31 Disember 2025, tertakluk kepada ketetapan dan syarat sedia ada.

Majikan dinasihatkan untuk memastikan permohonan dikemukakan sebelum tarikh penutupan yang ditetapkan serta mematuhi semua peraturan dan garis panduan yang sedang berkuat kuasa.

The Federation of Malaysia Business Associations (FMBA) successfully convened its EXCO Meeting, followed by the Council Meeting, both chaired by Datuk Seri Dr Abdul Malik Abdullah.

The meetings provided an important platform for strategic discussions, policy alignment, and the strengthening of cooperation among member associations. Key matters affecting the business community were deliberated, with a strong focus on governance, unity, and forward-looking initiatives to further empower Malaysian businesses.

FMBA remains committed to advocating for the interests of the business community and driving sustainable economic growth through collective leadership and collaboration.

Belanjawan 2026: Pacu PKS Melalui Dana Pelaburan Bersama Strategik!

Encik Nivaas Ragavan , Naib Pengerusi 1, Persekutuan Persatuan-Persatuan Perniagaan Malaysia (Federation of Malaysian Business Associations) telah berkongsi pandangannya mengenai Belanjawan 2026 Kerajaan Madani dalam program Niaga Awani di saluran Astro Awani pada jam 9.00 pagi tadi.

FMBA menekankan kepentingan PMKS (Perusahaan Mikro, Kecil dan Sederhana) untuk memanfaatkan peruntukan sehingga RM50 bilion yang diumumkan di bawah Belanjawan 2026, serta mengiktiraf peranan SME Corp. Malaysia dan MATRADE dalam memperkasa sektor PMKS melalui pelbagai inisiatif berterusan.

FMBA turut merakamkan penghargaan kepada Kerajaan Madani atas komitmen mengekalkan fokus terhadap PMKS — yang terus menyumbang 38% kepada KDNK, 48% kepada guna tenaga, dan 10% kepada eksport negara.

FMBA Courtesy Visit to MIMOS Berhad

The Federation of Malaysian Business Associations (FMBA) recently conducted a courtesy visit to MIMOS Berhad, led by Mr. Sze Kok Hoong, Council Member and Director of the Trade and Industry Bureau.

The MIMOS team, led by Dr. Saat Shukri Embong, President and Group Chief Executive Officer, together with En. Azhar Bin Abu Talib, Chief Technology Officer; Dr. Pannirselvam Kanagaratnam, Chief Technology Officer; Pn. Noraihan Ismail, Chief Business Development and Marketing; and Mr. Ramesh Kumar Nadarajah, Chief Strategy Officer – Technology Advocacy, shared valuable insights on MIMOS’ strategic direction, focusing on innovation, R&D, and digital transformation initiatives to strengthen Malaysia’s industrial ecosystem.

Both parties explored potential areas for mutual collaboration and industry partnerships, particularly in innovation, technology adoption, and capability-building programmes for SMEs.

As a positive outcome, MIMOS Berhad has agreed to host an exclusive engagement session for FMBA members, aimed at fostering greater collaboration and knowledge exchange between industry and innovation leaders.
