Working for disarmament and peace by tackling the causes of conflict and calling for the elimination of all nuclear weapons. 🌴Trees don't ask for much. But they give us everything.

🌬️Cool our streets during 40°C heatwaves.
🚸Clean the air our children breathe.
💦Reduce the floods that swallow our homes.
🔥Store the carbon heating our planet.
🏠Give homes and sustenance to wildlife, forests, and to us.

And we are cutting them down.

Malaysia lost 2.9 million hectares of forest in just 20 years. Every stump is not just a tree gone. It's the sudden loss of shade, increasing air pollution, disappearing flood protection, and the rapid degradation of our climate defences.

This World Environment Day, Greenpeace Malaysia is fighting to protect what's left; for forests, for wildlife, for every Malaysian who needs clean air and water to live.

Trees permit life to thrive. Help us keep them standing. Donate and support our work.

‼️Countless homes destroyed. Communities displaced. Forests cleared. Rights ignored. Enough is enough.

The recent demolition of Jakun Orang Asli community homes in Kampung Sungai Baru, Pahang is not an isolated incident. It is just one example of a much larger and ongoing struggle faced by Orang Asli and Orang Asal communities across Malaysia.

Their homes were demolished without prior notice, consent, or court order. Families lost their homes, belongings, school supplies, and a place that held generations of culture, identity and community.

This is not just about houses. This is about ancestral land, indigenous rights, dignity, and justice.
Now, Orang Asli and Asal communities are coming together with allies to demand accountability and action.

📢 SOLIDARITY PROTEST FOR ORANG ASLI AND ASAL LAND RIGHTS

📅 12 June 2026 (Friday)
🕙 10.00 AM
📍 Kementerian Kemajuan Desa dan Wilayah (KKDW), Putrajaya

We call on everyone who believes in justice, human rights, and the protection of indigenous communities to stand with the Orang Asli and Asal.

✊ Stop the destruction of Orang Asli and Asal ancestral lands.
✊ Protect indigenous rights.
✊ Demand accountability.
✊ Stand in solidarity with the impacted communities.

When Orang Asli and Asal rights are ignored, all our collective rights and justice are at risk.

Between 2002 and 2023, Malaysia lost 2.9 million hectares of humid primary forest that's roughly the size of Peninsular Malaysia's entire west coast, cleared in two decades. 56% of all that loss happened in just three states: Sarawak, Sabah, and Pahang. This isn't happening somewhere else. It's happening here. In our country. Right now. Malaysia's forests are among the most biodiverse on Earth. And they're disappearing faster than almost anywhere else in the world.

Greenpeace Malaysia is fighting to stop this, but we can't do it alone. Support our work in exposing forest crimes and demand environmental justice for all.

⚠️900%.

That's how much baby food pouch sales have grown in the US over the last 13 years alone. Now imagine what that number looks like around the world. 👶🍼

Every parent wants the very best for their child. And with busy schedules and endless responsibilities, convenient options like baby food pouches and breastmilk storage bags can feel like a helping hand. But as plastic-based baby products become more common, so do questions about what they might mean for our children's long-term health.

In this video, Rachel shares why she is concerned about the growing dependence on plastic packaging in infant feeding. Emerging research has found dozens of chemicals leaching from baby food packaging, including substances that may be harmful to human health.

Parents deserve peace of mind. Babies deserve products designed with their wellbeing at heart. It's time for governments and companies to step up with safer, more transparent, and truly child-friendly alternatives.

Imagine living in a soup of Coke bottles, plastic bags, and that's slowly getting warmer. 🥣🌊🐋

This is exactly what blue experience, swallowing up to 10 million plastic particles every day! 🥤🥤🥤

The ocean is being flooded with plastic, and to stop the flow, we need to turn off the tap!

The planet can’t wait. We need a strong Plastics Treaty now to protect whales and all marine life!

What if the answer to Malaysia's energy future isn't deeper drilling... but looking up?☀️

While global conflicts continue to affect fossil fuel markets, the sun keeps showing up every day. It's free of charge.

Maybe it's time we start treating sunlight like the national asset it really is.

💪Together, we can help make that future a reality. Support a direct and just energy transition for Malaysia by adding your voice to the petition 🔗 https://act.gp/41pi4Jb
