Over the past three months, WLF had the privilege of facilitating 6 leadership cohorts for UNITEN across 12 training days, working with leaders committed to strengthening their impact and building high-performing teams.

Datuk Zunaidah delivered one powerful insights during these sessions. She shared leadership begins with self-awareness. Every decision a leader makes is influenced by personal values, and those values inevitably shape team behaviors, workplace dynamics, and organizational culture.
Teams thrive when there is alignment built on trust, meaningful relationships, open communication, connection, and shared purpose. In such environments, people feel empowered, motivated, and inspired to contribute their best.
