Every leadership journey begins with clarity.

Stage 1 of SWOT 2026, Elevate Your Leadership, invites participants to discover their leadership True North and build the foundation needed to lead with greater purpose and impact.

Led by Datuk Zunaidah Idris, Founder and Vice Chairman of the Women Leadership Foundation and Chair of the SWOT Committee, the session will focus on:

• Strengthening your decision-making compass

🤝 The leadership journey, captured in motion. 📸

Here’s a glimpse into the Elevate Your Leadership (EYL) Cohort 1 programme with Pacific Inter-Link Sdn. Bhd. (PIL), held on 2 and 3 September 2026 at the PIL Training Room, Vista Tower, The Intermark.

The programme brought together 24 participants from various departments, including Treasury, Trade Operations, Bulk Palm Oil, Packed Oil & Fats, and other key areas across the organisation.

Through meaningful conversations, shared reflections, and active participation, the session created space for participants to explore leadership with greater self-awareness, confidence, and purpose.

From engaging discussions to practical activities led by our esteemed Founder and Vice Chairman, Datuk Zunaidah Idris, each moment reflected a willingness to learn, connect, and grow as leaders who are ready to create positive impact within their teams and organisation.

Thank you to all participants for your openness, energy, and commitment throughout the programme! We look forward to seeing how this learning journey continues beyond the session.

The future is changing. And women are ready to shape it. ✨

On 1 September 2026, more than 200 leaders from the government, industry and the corporate sector came together for National Women’s Day 2026, under the theme “Future-Ready Women, Leading Malaysia Through Transformation.”

It was a day of meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives and powerful connections, exploring how women can lead in a rapidly evolving world shaped by technology and AI.

From inspiring keynotes and executive panel discussions to an immersive experience at the CelcomDigi AI Experience Centre, we were reminded that being future-ready means having the confidence to learn, the skills to lead, and the opportunities to shape what comes next.

As Malaysia embraces a digital future, women must not only be users of technology, but creators, innovators and decision-makers.

A heartfelt thank you to CelcomDigi for co-hosting this meaningful gathering and for bringing together technology, talent development and leadership to create greater opportunities for women to thrive in the digital economy. 💙💛✨

🚀 Leadership is a journey — and every moment of reflection brings us one step closer to growth. 📈

The Elevate Your Leadership (EYL) Cohort 2 programme with Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) brought together 29 participants for a meaningful learning experience filled with engaging conversations, practical insights, and shared reflections.

Held from 26 to 28 August 2026 at Hotel Perdana, Kuala Lumpur, the programme provided participants with the opportunity to explore the foundations of effective leadership; from understanding oneself to building stronger relationships and leading with greater purpose, guided by the remarkable Datuk Zunaidah Idris, Founder and Vice Chairman of WLF.

This highlight captures the energy, participation, and spirit of growth shared throughout the programme.

Conferred in conjunction with the 77th birthday celebration of TYT Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka on 24 August 2026, this distinguished honour is a meaningful recognition of leadership that creates impact beyond the boardroom.
