Join our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training and gain the skills and confidence to support your friends, family, and colleagues in times of need.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), developed by Mental Health First Aid International, equips you with practical tools to recognise early signs of mental health challenges and provide initial support.

Our upcoming training will be conducted in two separate sessions (choose ONE session to attend):

Thank you to everyone who showed up for Pause & Pace 2026. Thank you for walking, reflecting, connecting, and reminding one another that taking care of our mental health can start with something as simple as showing up.
