It was initiated by a group of concerned parents and voluntary workers catering to more than 250 children/adults with varying Mental Disabilities.

Meet Muhammad Rayqal Haqimi, a 13-year-old student with ADHD from the Special Learning Programme at SAMH Wisma Harapan 💙

Rayqal enjoys learning to type on the computer. Recently, he beautifully expressed his experience at a Hari Raya celebration with his friends and teachers—sharing his thoughts and memories through his own words.

A joyful celebration of World Autism Awareness Day was held at SAMH Wisma Harapan and SAMH Klang, bringing smiles to everyone involved 😊💙

SAMH Klang was filled with joy and festive cheer as we celebrated a wonderful Chinese New Year together with all our students! Everyone was treated to exciting performances — from the highly energetic Lion Dance to the heartwarming showcase by our very own talented students.

The celebration ended on a happy note as each student received Ang Pau generously sponsored by our kind donors.

🐎Monthly Horse-Riding Therapy Session🐎

Every month, students from SAMH Wisma Harapan enjoy a meaningful horse-riding therapy session at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa. ✨

This therapeutic activity helps students with disabilities improve their balance, coordination, and self-confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

A heartfelt thank you to Unit Berkuda DBKL for hosting these wonderful sessions and giving our students the opportunity to experience the joy of horse riding. 💙

🍪 Chinese New Year Cookie Project 2026 🍊

Our students recently took part in a special cookie-making project in preparation for Chinese New Year 2026! Through this activity, they learned how to use kitchen tools properly, how to bake festive cookies, how to practise good hygiene in the kitchen , how to fulfill customer orders, and the big plus point was they were able to earn extra income!

A big thank you to all the teachers for their guidance and support and for our ever generous donors both corporate and members of the public— this project wouldn’t have been a success without you! 💛Thank you!

Throwback Post: Friday 30th January

An Eye and Dental Check-Up Program was organised by the APEX Club of Klang with the support of Pertubuhan Mata Kasih Kuala Lumpur and SEGi College, and was held at SAMH Klang. This program involved students from SAMH Klang.

The free spectacles handover ceremony was conducted last week at SAMH Klang, where six students benefited and received their spectacles.

A heartfelt thank you to the organising team for providing free check-ups, which were especially helpful for our B40 category students at our centre. 🙏

We truly welcome community service initiatives like this. Thank you to all our community service volunteers. 🙏
