🌷 BLOOM IN ROOMS🌷
A Place to Become

On 27 June 2026, JCI Intan, together with Small Steps Deep Roots, LPPKN, and Kafe TEEN UTC Kota Kinabalu, brought Bloom in Rooms to the girls of Woori Jib St. Francis Xavier, Potuki, Lokawi, Putatan.

A morning dedicated to empowering teenage girls with essential knowledge on mental health awareness, reproductive health, personal safety, and self-care — because every girl deserves to feel informed, protected, and good inside and out. 🌸

A huge thank you to our LPPKN speaker, Encik Edy Naybin, for sharing such valuable knowledge with our girls, and to every student who showed up with open hearts and open minds to learn, ask questions, and grow.

Each participant also went home with a self-care kit, a small reminder that they are seen, supported, and worthy of blooming into the best versions of themselves. 🎀

Heartfelt thanks to the JCI Intan team, our Past President Angeline Joimol who have sponsored the event and every girl who made this day meaningful.

🌟 Beyond Our Circle: Leadership & Anti-Bullying Awareness Programme 🌟

🗓️ 19 June 2026

JCI Intan, in collaboration with JCI Kota Kinabalu was honoured to conduct the Beyond Our Circle: Leadership & Anti-Bullying Awareness Programme at All Saints Secondary School, Kota Kinabalu.

A total of 136 student leaders and prefects participated in an engaging three-module training focusing on leadership development, anti-bullying awareness, effective communication, and public speaking. Through interactive activities and experiential learning, participants were empowered with the knowledge and confidence to become positive role models within their school community.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the management, teachers, and students of All Saints Secondary School for their warm hospitality, trust, and enthusiastic participation. We also thank our dedicated trainers and members from JCI Intan, JCI Kota Kinabalu, and JCI Tanjung Aru for making this meaningful project a success.

Together, we continue to empower young leaders and build safer, stronger, and more inclusive communities.
