Sabah Family Planning Association Health and motivational talks for urban and rural women. SERVICES AVAILABLE:

1. Contraceptive counselling and service
2. General health & other services

The Association advocates & firmly believes that knowledge & practice of family planning is a basic human right & an essential element of responsible parenthood, stable family life & positive contribution towards social harmony & national development. (i) NON-CONTRACEPTIVE SERVICES:
Breast examination, pap smear, pregnancy test, menopause/andropause counselling & treatment services, pregnancy test

& counselling, general blood screening, screening & diagnostic ultrasound scan, gynaecological treatment, hepatitits & HPV vaccination programme, youth clinic (counselling & screening for sexually transmitted disease). (ii) COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES:
Medical screening for interior/village folks such as blood pressure & blood glucose check, thalassemia counselling before marriage, family planning awareness and cervical & breast cancer health talks. (iii) WOMEN AND YOUTH PROJECTS:
Training for Trainers projects on gender issues, peer support groups among secondary school students to young teens, team building motivation workshops. (iv) EDUCATION AND RESOURCE CENTRE:
Providing materials and advice as a referral centre on sexual reproductive health. Distribution of reading materials and coordinator & organizer for sexual reproductive health & family planning workshops, seminars and trainings. Women's health service:
- Pap smear/LBC test & breast check
- Treatment of Gynaecological ailment/cases
- Urine and pregnancy tests
- Ultrasound service
3. Youth friendly clinic service
5. Infertility consultation
6. Menopause service and management
7. Blood tests and vaccination
8. Advice and counselling service

4. Perkhidmatan kesihatan remaja
5. Nasihat/panduan tentang ketidaksuburan
6. Nasihat/panduan tentang menopaus (putus haid)
