Negotiator's Certification Course (NCC) for MARCH 2026 (SABAH) is now OPEN for REGISTRATION!

Embark on the journey to register as a Real Estate Negotiator in Malaysia by first enrolling in the compulsory Negotiator's Certification Course (NCC), a two-day foundational course conducted by the fully accredited Malaysian Institute of Estate Agent (MIEA)-Sabah Branch.

Real Estate Negotiators are Contracted for Service by Registered Real Estate Agents and are issued with an authority tag by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVEAP).

The NCC Course will cover all the following modules, following the laws as published in the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers Act 1981 (Rules 1986) and the Malaysian Estate Agency Standards 2014 (MEAS).
