Our focus areas are vision, youth, disaster relief, humanitarian aid, diabetes, childhood cancer, environment, and hunger.

𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆: 𝑨 𝑳𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑷𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒓 𝑷𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔❤️

Today, kindness found its way into the hearts of many little warriors. 💛

The Lions Club of Kota Kinabalu Lintas is humbled to have donated a UMEC100 patient monitor and a water filter to the Pediatric Oncology Ward at Hospital Wanita dan Kanak-Kanak. These are small contributions, but we hope they bring comfort, care, and support to the brave children fighting their toughest battles.

According to Dr. Teng from Pediatric Oncology, leukemia remains the most common cancer among children. Yet, there is hope - the survival rate for childhood cancers is higher when detected early and treated properly. This is why awareness matters more than ever.

Many families travel long distances just to ensure their children receive the treatment they need. The journey is not only physical, but emotional and financial as well. Every visit to the hospital carries both hope and hardship.

This donation was made possible through funds raised during Lions Bazaar 3.0 - a beautiful reminder of what a community can achieve when we come together for a cause bigger than ourselves.

Let’s continue to spread awareness, lend support, and bring light into these young lives. 💫

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our beloved member, Datuk Chee Chi Vun.

Datuk Chee joined the Lions Club of Kota Kinabalu Lintas on 8 April 2023, and since then, he has been a strong supporter of our club. His generosity, kindness, and unwavering commitment to our service projects have touched many lives and made a meaningful difference in our community.

We are truly grateful for his friendship and the support he has shown to our Lions family. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit of service and compassion will continue to inspire us.

On behalf of all members, we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Datuk Chee. You will always remain in our hearts.

On 10 March 2026, the Lions Club of Kota Kinabalu Lintas successfully held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Member Election for FY2026-2027. Congratulations to our newly elected Board of Directors:

Locks of Hope Association is an inspiring initiative dedicated to restoring confidence, dignity, and hope to individuals who have lost their hair during cancer treatment. Beyond wigs and donations, it represents empathy, emotional healing, and a powerful message that cancer patients are not alone. Locks of Hope Association

In conjunction with the Chinese New Year season, the Lions Club of Kota Kinabalu Lintas, together with 7 enthusiastic Leos from SM Stella Maris, visited Leshan OKU Home, Penampang to spread love, care, and festive joy to the residents ❤️

Leshan OKU Home provides a safe and nurturing environment for individuals with disabilities, and it is always our privilege to bring smiles, companionship, and festive cheer to this meaningful community. As part of our annual tradition, Lions Club of KK Lintas visits homes like Leshan every year before Chinese New Year, sharing hope, kindness, and the spirit of giving. 🦁💛
