1. Chemist
Experience: above 3 years
Qualification: Related to the position
Job Description:
• Assist in overall coordination and provide technical support in matters related to technical issue as assigned by the CEO.
• Performing daily product quality inspection.
• Analyze and prepare laboratory report.
• Performing new feed analysis. performing chemical development work and suggest new chemical treatment method.
• Assist to prepare necessary report and recommendation for management review.
• Issuing Certificate of Analysis (COA).
• Assist to follow up on corrective action and preventive action.
• Appointed as document controller.
• Actively involved in Safety and Health activities.

2. Finance
Experience: above 3 years.
Qualification: Related to the position.
Job Description:
• Oversee the finance functions related to corporate finance, banking matters, and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ensure that the periodic Company financial statements and annual budgets are prepared accurately and on time
• Prepare and ensure the filing of tax returns, submission of tax estimates and revisions are submitted timely
• Submit application for tax incentives, appeal and other related matters
• Liaise on Group matters, such as on financial reporting, tax, secretarial and treasury matters
• Review the daily Group cash flow and other related treasury documents
• Manage the group forex currency hedging process including book forward forex contracts with bankers and derivative reporting
• Liaise with bankers regarding forex, export documents and related matters
• In charge of insurance related to sales/AR, such as marine, product liability and trade credit insurance
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, treasury, AR and credit management process

3. Sales
Experience: above 3 years
Qualification: Related to the position
Job Description:

• Identify and recommend new business opportunities to head of Sales
• Maintain close relationship with customers
• Attend to customer problems and liaise with various internal departments to solve the problem arising.
• Prepare necessary market report and recommendation for management review and decision.
• Compile customers feedback and status reports
• Coordinate with logistic department for delivery of goods or collection of scheduled wastes.
• Ensure continuity of payments from customer.

We are currently seeking an experienced Steel Structure Quantity Surveyor to join our team and provide professional quantity surveying services for our projects.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct quantity surveying work for steel structure engineering projects, including on-site measurements and drawing quantification.
- Assess and control the materials and costs of engineering projects to ensure cost control within budget.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure that quantity surveying work meets project requirements and schedules.
- Prepare quantity surveying reports and settlement sheets, and update project progress and cost status in a timely manner.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fields preferred.
