Nagarethnam Charitable Organisation is a registered non-profit organization working actively for the upliftment of underprivileged children and host festival celebration to collect fund or other items of use for the underprivileged children within KL/Selangor. We provide education/medical assistance, new clothing and food supply throughout the year. Our aim is to help the needy ones with some of the necessities of life and to reduce poverty.

🎄 CHRISTMAS WITH ANGELS HOME 🎄

Imagine Christmas with no parents or presents! The kids at the orphanage have no family to buy them presents and help them celebrate the festive season. We want to make sure the kids are not sad and depressed this Christmas.

This project will cover the costs of buying Christmas gifts and holding a party for the children that reside in the Angels Home. The Christmas party will help celebrate them and give each child a Christmas gift that will make them feel special and loved. Depending on funding, we will also make a visit to the nearest Baskin Robbins ice cream parlor. This will be a great way to ensure the kids do not feel isolated or have any regrets this season. Pertubuhan Kebajikan Nagarethnam would like to raise donations in conjunction with Deepavali. This year we would like to support orphanages and intellectually challenged children, senior citizens, disabled individuals and single mothers. All the beneficiaries' data will be kept for private and confidential matters.

Pertubuhan Kebajikan Nagarethnam wishes to help a 4-year-old child named Leevinesh with medical aid. Leevinesh was diagnosed with ACUTE AMYELOID LEUKEMIA in 2022.

Leevinesh who lives with his mother in Bukit Lanjan is currently undergoing maintenance chemotherapy at a semi-government hospital. Leevinesh’s father is in prison while the mother is a housewife. Leevinesh has 2 siblings. They are fully dependent on their grandmother. Leevinesh needs approximately RM 20,258.40 to pay his outstanding bill since the hospital has suspended his medication. Although we have raised RM 17,450, we still need RM 2,808.40 to achieve our goal.

Madam T has not been working since April 2024. Her husband has separated from her since July 2023 after the death of her second child. The case is still in the high court trial. She has 3 children aged 13 years, 11 years, 7 years and studies at government schools. They live in a rented room at Desa Mentari. All this time Madam T used her savings to feed her children. Her daughter has reached puberty and the family does not have money to buy sanitary pads and inner wear.

Madam T has appealed for financial help to pay room rental RM 300, school transport RM 150, groceries RM 500, school pocket money RM 120 and RM 300 cash in hand. The family does not receive any help from any NGO, government or school. She is looking for an Admin Clerk job in Petaling Jaya and she is fluent in Mandarin.

Overall Pertubuhan Kebajikan Nagarethnam has decided to help her for 2 months by raising RM 2,740 and help her to apply for aid from the social welfare department. Pertubuhan Kebajikan Nagarethnam wishes to conduct tuition for orphanage children. The classes will be conducted weekly for 3 hours. To execute this 12 months project, we need at least 11 committed donors.

We have a total of 11 primary level students from SK, SJK(T) and Sekolah Khas. Your donation will be utilized for revision, assessment books, stationery items, tables and chairs.

Dear donors,
A young single mother who was separated and unemployed was diagnosed with cervical cancer stage 4 last October. She has 3 children aged below 4 years old. One of her newly born baby is under the social welfare’s appointed home. The baby has undergone colostomy surgery and is using a stoma bag. Since the mother couldn’t take care due to her health condition, the social welfare department has taken charge of handling the baby. The family is receiving RM 750 with financial aid provided by Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat.

The single mother has vacated her rental house since she lost her source of income. She has no family support, and has been living in their babysitter’s house since last September. The family occupied the living room and paid to babysit.

The single mother has medical follow-up twice in a week, and she has skipped it due to financial issues. She has to pay RM 30 for grab transport. Besides that, she needs to buy some medication and supplements from the pharmacy. As for now, the mother is consuming a liquid diet. Her kids need milk and food items. Our organization is raising RM 3,320 as the family needs RM 800 for the first 3 months and RM 920 for procedure charges.
