Speaker Sessions: MyCEB Association Day 2026

The programme is with a dynamic series of speaker sessions, bringing together 14 panel speakers and 4 moderators from across the association and business events landscape.

Discussions focused on purpose-driven leadership, organisational resilience, and long-term sustainability. Speakers shared practical insights on how associations can better define their direction, deliver value to members, and enhance conference and programme delivery through stronger collaboration.

The sessions also explored how organisations can navigate an increasingly complex operating environment, while emphasising the importance of succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.

Overall, the sessions provided valuable takeaways to strengthen governance practices, support leadership development, and foster greater collaboration across the Business Events ecosystem, aligned with this year’s theme, “Governing with Purpose, Leading with Impact.”

A successful and engaging Teh Tarik Session was held on 28 April 2026 at Wisma SFFLA, where SFFLA proudly collaborated with SCMProFit to support the growth of the SME logistics industry through digital transformation.

The session focused on Integrated Supply Chain Solutions, highlighting the benefits of Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transport Management System (TMS) and Freight Management System (FMS) in enhancing operational efficiency, improving inventory accuracy, reducing manual processes and increasing end-to-end visibility.

SCMProFit shared valuable insights on how digitalization can help logistics players stay competitive, optimize costs and strengthen service capabilities in today’s fast-changing market.

SFFLA remains committed to driving industry progress by creating platforms that connect members with innovative solutions and strategic knowledge.

Re: Occupational Safety & Health Coordinator Training

Are you aware??

Companies with five or more employees are required to appoint an OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) Coordinator. This requirement is mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022, which took effect on June 1, 2024. The OSH Coordinator's role is to assist the employer in managing safety and health matters within the workplace.

The target audience for the training includes management, staff, and owners of SMEs.
Objectives of the training: at the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
1) Understand OSH requirements for SMEs
2) Enhance OSH awareness
3) Understand the role of OSH coordinator

SFFLA had successfully conducted a sharing at the “Taklimat Perkapalan dan Logistik bagi Pengeksportan Makanan” with JKNS on 16/04 (Thu). It was a valuable opportunity to share insights on freight logistics, food export processes, and the role of freight forwarders in ensuring food products reach international markets safely and on time. The engagement and thoughtful discussions from participants made the session both meaningful and productive. We hope the knowledge shared will support MOH as one of the Permit Issuing Agencies, thus strengthening the collaboration and understanding with industry players. Thank you to JKNS and all participants for the warm hospitality. Looking forward to more initiatives that empower the business and logistics community.
