Everything about the volunteer activity in Subang felt simple, yet incredibly warm. 💚

This time, besides a group of new friends joining for the very first time, students from also came together to be part of the journey. The energy and enthusiasm from the younger generation truly brought even more life and warmth to the whole experience. ✨

Specially want to mention that Pastor Peter Heng is truly amazing 👍Even while going through physical pain and health struggles, he continues to faithfully hold on to his love for God and keeps serving families in need within the community, bringing warmth and hope to others. 🙏🏼🥰

That kind of perseverance and dedication is deeply inspiring, and it beautifully reflects what it means to honor God while blessing people. ✨

In Jinjang, volunteering is actually very simple and very real. Some people carry supplies, some help sort and pack items, and others assist with distribution and on-site coordination. Everyone does their small part, yet together they complete something meaningful. 📦🤝

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 🥰

At first, I thought I was just coming to help out a little, but once I stepped in, I realized the atmosphere here was something special. 💚

Everyone worked together to carry, sort, organize, and distribute supplies with such natural teamwork and understanding. 🤝

This month, many new volunteers joined the initiative too, with 4–5 cars heading out to deliver supplies to beneficiary families. 🚗📦

There were new faces, familiar friends, and even some who couldn’t join in May have already signed up for June’s activity. Sometimes, a simple “thank you” or a small smile is enough to warm your heart. ✨

Turns out, healing doesn’t come from big moments, but from people coming together sincerely to do something meaningful. 🌿

🌿 𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭, 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧.

Wesak Day is a time for many to slow down. In our busy daily lives, we often keep moving forward and looking outward, rarely pausing to truly feel and understand ourselves. But this day brings a little more stillness, and a chance to return inward.

In the community, we also see very real moments, people choosing kindness even in difficult times, people continuing to hold their families together under pressure. These quiet strengths may not stand out, but they are always there.

At 448, we believe kindness doesn’t have to be loud. A pack of essentials, a moment of care, a simple act of presence can already bring someone a little comfort and peace.

May we all find stillness, to see ourselves more clearly, and to see others more deeply. Happy Wesak Day✨

Every sincere act is remembered. On this occasion, we are reminded not only of celebration, but also of those who quietly give, and those who choose to carry more than they show.

In our communities, we often see these moments: people working hard to support their families; people continuing to push through difficult times; people putting themselves last, just so others can have a better life. These stories are not always spoken aloud, but they have always been there.

At 448, we believe that “giving” does not have to be something big. A small pack of essentials, a little companionship, a simple moment of care, all of these can become strength in someone else’s life.

Gave up a chill weekend to volunteer with a group of the kindest people, packing, sorting, and delivering essentials across Klang. Along the way, we met elderly living alone and families in need. The shy smiles, the simple “thank you”… it hit me right in the heart 🥹

I used to think doing good was something far away, but after experiencing it myself, I realised it doesn’t take much. Just a little of your time can truly make a difference.

This April in Klang felt especially gentle because of these moments. And somehow, while giving kindness, you realise you’re the one being healed too ✨🌷
