โจ Sarikei Youth Day: A Heartfelt Thank You! โจ
The Sarikei Youth Day has come to a beautiful conclusion with approximately 160 participants, including our invited guest. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for everyone who made this event such a spirited success.
๐ Our Spiritual Leaders
We wish to express our deepest gratitude to His Lordship Bishop Joseph Hii for his unwavering support and for graciously presiding over the Opening Mass. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Fr. Simon Lau (Rector) and Fr. James Ting of St. Anthonyโs Sarikei for their constant guidance, support, and encouragement throughout this journey. Additionally, we thank Fr. Sylvester Ngau Juk and the Focus On Christ (FOC) Team for their dedicated leadership in making the Festival of Praise a truly successful and spirit-filled experience.

We were blessed to have Anna Teresa from the Diocese of Sandakan and Lucy Gumek from the Archdiocese of Kuching share their wisdom and inspiration during our sessions and the "Pesta Belia." We also want to thank the Taize Team from the Archdiocese of KuchingโNina Gordon, Mathew Malcom, Allan Bacelon, Anastasia Lida, and Jeremy Emilian, for leading us in beautiful moments of prayer and reflection.
