y of Sapphire Hills BBKP, Johor Bahru. We are a registered and recognized organization that serves as the voice of our residents, working towards a safe, harmonious, and well-maintained living environment.

✔️ To represent and protect the interests of homeowners and residents.
✔️ To enhance community safety, security, and well-being.
✔️ To ensure proper maintenance and management of shared facilities.
✔️ To build a strong, united, and engaged neighbourhood.

🏡 What We Do:
✅ Manage community maintenance & appoint a security company (24-hour guard patrol & access control) (refer to DMC).
✅ Organize events, activities, and community engagement programs.
✅ Liaise with local authorities & stakeholders for better living conditions.
✅ Ensure compliance with the Deed of Mutual Covenants (DMC) and RA regulations.

🔹 Membership & Involvement 🔹
We have more than 200 registered members, with active participation in 8 different bureaus handling security, welfare, maintenance, and community activities. All property owners are required to contribute maintenance fees as per the DMC.
