📢 NOTICE TO STUDENTS
Dear Students,

Please be informed that UNITEN Putrajaya Campus will be closed on Tuesday, 1 September 2026, in conjunction with the Special Holiday declared by the Selangor State Government following the Selangor contingent’s achievement as the overall champion of SUKMA 2026.

📌 Please take note that:
• No lectures, classes or academic activities will be conducted on this date.
• Scheduled assessments, tests and quizzes will be rescheduled, where applicable.
• Any changes to academic activities will be communicated by the respective academic staff.

Please be informed that this notice applies to UNITEN Putrajaya Campus only.

The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) has been actively engaging with the relevant university management units to address concerns raised by students and ensure that their needs are properly communicated.

Among the matters discussed are concerns involving student accommodation, shuttle bus services, and other issues affecting students’ daily campus experience. 🏫🚌

MPP will continue to communicate with the respective management teams and follow up on these matters to ensure that students’ concerns are heard and appropriate actions are taken.

Your concerns matter, and we are committed to being the bridge between students and the university management.

📌 Accommodation Arrangements: Important Student Update

The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) has met with the relevant UNITEN management teams to discuss students’ concerns regarding accommodation arrangements. Following the discussion, alternative accommodation at UniPark has been arranged for affected students who are unable to secure on-campus accommodation.

SEED will continue to coordinate student placements and monitor accommodation demand, particularly for students who have yet to secure accommodation.
To support students staying at UniPark, a designated SEED executive will be available to assist with accommodation-related matters and coordinate with the relevant UNITEN teams when necessary.

A shuttle service between UniPark and UNITEN will also be provided to support students’ daily commute, with further details on the schedule and pick-up arrangements to be communicated accordingly.

SRC , together with CCRD, FMS, SEED and the Accommodation Team, will continue to coordinate communication and ensure that students and parents receive clear, consistent and timely updates. A dedicated UNITEN Accommodation Hotline has also been established for accommodation-related enquiries and assistance.

SRC will continue to monitor the situation and channel students’ feedback and concerns to the University for further action.
