On 29 August 2026, St John Ambulans Malaysia KSS hosted its Annual Appreciation & Charity Dinner, bringing together KSS members, strategic partners, and supporters in an evening dedicated to service and community care.
We are pleased to share that the event successfully raised over RM300,000 in support of our ongoing humanitarian and healthcare initiatives. This achievement reflects the continued generosity and confidence of our donors.
The evening also marked several significant milestones:
10th Anniversary of the Mobile Community Healthcare Unit: We commemorated a decade of the Mobile Community Healthcare Unit, which has conducted 76 sessions and touched close to 6,000 lives, bringing accessible healthcare services directly to underserved communities.
Ambulance Handover: Two pre-owned ambulances were officially handed over from Kawasan Selangor Selatan to Kawasan Kelantan Utara, strengthening emergency response and patient transport capacity in that region.
New Appointments: We congratulate Tuan Kelvin Kau on his appointment as Area President, and Tuan Eau Yong Eun as Area Vice President. Our heartfelt thanks to immediate former Area President Dato Sri Dr Chee Hong Leong JP, who has served KSS since 2012 and is now promoted to Deputy Commander-in-Chief at SJAM national level.
