FOCUS ( Five Outstanding College and University Students ) Entrepreneurship Program
To provide a learning skill for the University and college students, let them know well the future basic social ability. So, university and college students not only can know well entrepreneurial skills and market trends, and also found their suitable own business as well as personal interest and direct. Graduation is equal to unemployment
FOCUS Entrepreneurship Program Founder Eric Yap said: “I saw a lot university and college students after graduate, they facing no target future and feel confused, that reason to organize FOCUS Entrepreneurship Program”. Most Students they not understand why they study and the purpose, and national to provide education only focusing in the point and theory, not provide them the practical opportunity, and wasted their all knowledge of learning. According to the survey, 80% graduation students will become the employee, they don’t know their own value and interest, only looking a stable job. Some wealthy family of the students will invest the business, but they have not enough experience and knowledge, lead to business failure and even lose on business capital. In addition, Malaysia had over 70,000 university and college graduation unemployment, so, FOCUS Entrepreneurship Program, hope to organize this such event to give the graduation a good direction, learn how to manage their entrepreneur life, self-improvement, to realize self-value of life. Eric Yap said, all undergraduate will can participant. First, they must conduct 6 days professional training courses within 45 days, after will done a business proposal within 15 days then will contribute the competition within 30days, within competition there will have video shooting and upload to online TV for public voting. This competition 40% judge by professional judges and 60% vote by public, the Final Five Outstanding College and University Students ( every outstanding students should be have Management, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology and Operation ) will awarded business startup capital International Corporate Investor for business startup capital funding. This program is concentrate in practical, 30% in Theory 70% in Practical. After the training courses, the participant will prepare their own business proposal. We will organize an exhibition event, free for every program participant to get the live practical. They must promote their own product and service idea from their course learning to practical it. Whether they are looking opportunity or become an entrepreneur or only participate in learning, all the undergraduate university and college students can participate in this Entrepreneurship Program, and get oversea and local Professional Trainer and Entrepreneur advising and with others participant exchange idea, to test own ability level. 五大傑出大專創業計劃
為讓大專生畢業前能預先掌握創業技巧和熟悉市場趨勢，優創策劃將於2017年如火如荼舉辦“五大傑出大專生創業計劃”( FOCUS Entrepreneurship Program )。提供了一個學習機會給大專生，讓他們掌握未來立足社會的基本能力。依此，大專生不但能吸取創業技巧和熟悉商場趨勢，也能從中尋找適合個人的事業，以及找到個人的志趣和方向。
大學畢業等於失業
五大傑出大專生創業計劃創辦人—葉耀陽表示，會辦“五大傑出大專生創業計劃”，是因為看到很多大專生或大學生在畢業後，對未來沒有目標而感到迷惘。很多大專生和大學生都把讀書、上學當作義務，或者不理解求學的意義。而國家所提供的教育大多都只注重重點、理論課，而沒有提供學生一些實踐的機會，造成學生學而無所用，浪費了所學習到的知識。
從學校畢業後，根據調查，有逾80%的學生都是跟隨著大家的腳步進入職場，他們看不到本身的價值觀、興趣，只想安定的上班、打工。另外少數家境不錯的學生，則出來創業投資，但是卻沒有足夠的知識和經驗，導致創業失敗，甚至賠上老本。
另外，有見大馬有7萬大學畢業生失業，因此優創策劃提出”五大傑出大專生創業計劃”，希望通過承辦此類活動，讓初入社會的新鮮人有方向感，學會規劃職場生涯、自我提升、實現自我人生價值，給自己一個良好的起跑點。
大專生如何參與呢？
葉耀陽表示，只要是在職大專院校生就可以參與了。首先，他們將必需在45天內所提供的6天免費專業創業課程，過後再15天內完成全新創業計劃書後進入30天的比賽對壘，在比賽對壘期間將有攝錄比賽過程，再放上網上電視公開投票，次比賽將有40%由專業評審及60%由大眾投票，最後勝出的5位傑出大專生獎學生(每位傑出大專生都必須符合及擁有管理、行銷、理財、資訊科技與執行) 如果該計劃書成功被錄取，將可獲得創業金或該會將他們和比賽落選者的計劃書一同送往國際創投公司有機會給於投資。由於學生們時常至獲得教導很少有機會讓他們實踐，該計劃注重是比較注重實踐經驗，30%教導，70%實踐經驗。在上完基礎課後，學生將開始著手準備創業計劃書，接下來就是課程的高潮所在，參與的學生將在12月份有本會在商場所辦的展覽會上獲得自己的免費攤位來做銷售實戰，他們必須推銷自己的產品及服務理念，將自己所學的課程充分發揮，這樣的競賽就好比在市場的實戰。
不論是抱著尋找機會或創業、或單純的學習心態參與，大專生參加者都能在該大專創業計劃收益，獲得國內外的專業講師及著名企業家的指導和與其它參賽者交量空間，測試本身的能力水平。在比賽當中，參加者必定經過實戰經歷，能從中學習組員合作與良好溝通技巧，達到最佳的成績，以期脫穎而出。
