Thank you for your support at the MIEF Business Forum 2026. It was a great honour to have Deputy Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry YB Sim Tze Tzin 沈志勤 to officiate the forum and brief us on our nation's investment progress.

The record RM426.7 billion in approved investments for 2025 is a milestone for every Malaysian. Through MITI and MIDA's efforts, this achievement brings the right kind of growth: nearly 245,000 jobs, development reaching our less developed states, and a manufacturing sector moving up the value chain.

During the announcement, YB Sim congratulate Johor as Johor Top the Chart with approved investment value at RM110 billion for last year had surpassed other states such as Selangor at RM83.9 billion, Kuala Lumpur (RM63.3 billion), Penang (RM32.9 billion) and Kedah (RM27.8 billion).

2025年破纪录的4267亿令吉批准投资额，是属于每一位马来西亚人的里程碑。通过投资、贸易及工业部（MITI）与大马投资发展局（MIDA）的努力，这一成就带来了高质量的增长：创造近24万5000个就业机会，推动发展至欠发达州属，并助力制造业价值链稳步攀升。

在发布会上，沈副部长特别祝贺柔佛州以1100亿令吉的批准投资额冠绝全国，超越其他州属——雪兰莪录得839亿令吉、吉隆坡633亿令吉、槟城329亿令吉，而吉打州则达278亿令吉。

At the invitation of the Ministry of Trade, Republic of Indonesia, YB Tuan Jimmy Puah 潘伟斯, Member of Parliament for Tebrau, led a delegation from the Malaysia International Entrepreneurs Federation (MIEF) to the Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2025 on 17-19th Oct 2025. The delegation, comprising 30 distinguished entrepreneurs from diverse industries, engaged in robust bilateral trade discussions, reinforcing MIEF’s commitment to strengthening economic ties between Malaysia and Indonesia. The 3 days Trade Mission initiative aims to foster mutual prosperity, promote win-win outcomes, and drive sustainable regional economic growth.

We are excited to share that the MIEF has conducted a dialogue with the Director of International Communication from UNESCO's Nanjing Creative City of Literature Office. This meeting has marked an important step towards enhancing cultural and economic ties between the 2 Cities.

Additionally, we are proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Zhao SiFan as the China Diplomatic Advisor for MIEF. His expertise is anticipated to significantly contribute to our objectives in diplomacy and strategic partnerships.

The discussions were highly productive, and we are optimistic about fostering a deeper collaboration moving forward. We look forward to the positive impact this partnership will have on mutual growth and understanding between Malaysia and China.

马来西亚国际企业总商会已与联合国 教科文组织创意城市网络南京市文学之都办公室国际事务总监进行了重要对话。此次会议标志着我们增强文化与经济联系的重要一步。

MIEF had the privilege of being invited to visit Pentamaster in Penang, a leading automation solutions provider renowned for its expertise in designing and manufacturing advanced systems for various industries.

Group Executive Chairman Datuk Chuah Choon Bin, guided by the company motto "Do it right the first time," outlines his vision for business success through the "3D to Scale" strategy—Dissect, Diversify, and Dominate. This approach involves analyzing business challenges, diversifying offerings to reduce risks, and ultimately establishing dominance in selected market segments. Director, Mr. Zamzuri Mohamed. The dialogue was centered on potential collaboration opportunities, particularly in the realm of export promotion. This alliance aims to empower local entrepreneurs through enhanced resources and support, promoting growth and innovation within the community.
