本协会成立于2019年1月1号，成立的目的是为了提倡全民健康生活，并传达健康意识给所有会员。故此本协会拥有数位经验丰富而专业的中西医师，为我们带来最新最正确的保健及养生知识。 同时举办养生讲座，医药讲座，疾病预防讲座等等一系列提高养生意识的活动，希望可通过推广此等活动提高健康生活素质。
