A very special appreciation to Charter President Anahita for her dedication, passion and hard work in building the Interact Club from the very beginning. ❤️ Without her efforts, this Interact Club would not be where it is today.

🌿 一个充满学习、分享与欢笑的夜晚 🌿

昨晚的例会，不只是一次普通的聚会，
更是一个充满知识、交流、分享与欢笑的夜晚 ❤️

我们很荣幸邀请到 Silvergenz 的 Ms.Stacey 和 JOBADA 负责人 Mr.Soorian 与我们分享有关失智症的知识。

💜 为什么了解失智症很重要？
失智症不只是“记忆力变差”这么简单，
它可能影响一个人的思考、沟通、情绪以及日常生活，
也同时影响着整个家庭和照顾者。🧑‍🧑‍🧒

越早认识和了解失智症，我们就越能以更多的理解、耐心与尊重去面对失智症患者，也能给予照顾者更多的支持。

除了认识失智症，我们也希望从日常生活中开始，让自己的身心和大脑保持活跃。

📚 同时我们也邀请到Mr Lee 和我们分享了读书会的想法与安排。

读书会的方式很简单：
大家一起阅读同一本书，把一本书分成几个阶段，每个人先自己阅读，
再约定时间聚在一起，分享自己阅读后的感受、想法与领悟。

💛同一本书，不同的人，往往会有不同的体会。

通过这样的交流，我们不只是“读完一本书”，更是在一起阅读、一起思考、一起学习、一起成长。

💙而阅读、思考、交流以及保持社交活动，也可以成为我们日常生活中保持大脑活跃的好习惯。🧠✨

昨晚，从失智症的认识，到读书会的分享，
大家认真聆听、积极交流，当然也少不了满满的欢笑声 😄

🌿 A Meaningful Evening of Learning, Sharing & Laughter 🌿

Last night’s club meeting was more than just a regular meeting. It was an evening filled with learning, sharing, meaningful conversations and lots of laughter. ❤️

We were pleased to have Ms Stacey from Silvergenz and Mr Soorian from JOBADA with us to share valuable knowledge about Dementia Awareness.

❤️Understanding dementia is important because dementia is more than just memory loss.
It can affect a person’s thinking, communication and daily life, while also impacting families and caregivers.🧑‍🧑‍🧒

The more we understand, the more we can offer patience, empathy and support to those living with dementia and their caregivers. 💜

We also had Mr Lee sharing with us about his Book Club 📚

The idea is simple — we read the same book in stages, then meet up to share our thoughts, feelings and insights. Different people may have different perspectives on the same book, and that makes the experience even more meaningful.

Reading, thinking, sharing and staying socially connected are also great ways to keep our minds active and continue learning as we grow. 🧠✨

A big thank you to Ms.Stacey, Mr Soorian and Mr Lee for the wonderful sharing, and to everyone who joined us.

今天的捐血活动圆满完成❤️

感谢每一位愿意抽空前来捐血的朋友，也谢谢所有伙伴们一整天的付出。
特别感谢 笨珍扶轮社的社友们亲临现场支持💛

有人是第一次捐血，有人已经捐了很多次，
但大家都有同一个目标——希望用自己小小的行动，
帮助更多有需要的人。

每一袋热血，都是一份希望；每一次伸出手臂，都是一份爱心。
谢谢每一位今天来到现场的朋友，因为有你们，这场活动才能顺利圆满完成！

教育的影响，不只是今天的一场讲座，而是可能成为学生未来的一份启发…

很高兴巴西古当华扬扶轮社这次能够牵线安排莫家浩博士到至达城宽柔中学，与同学们分享《走近中元习俗》，让大家更认识中华传统文化，也了解中元节背后的历史与意义。💙

我们一直相信，服务不一定只是捐赠或办活动，能够把好的资源带进校园，让学生有机会接触不同领域的知识，同样是一种很有意义的服务。💛
