With immediate effect, the management will implement a pre-registration system for visitor overnight parking that *exceeding 3 days.* This decision was made after a thorough discussion in the 10th AGM which held on Dec 17,2023. The majority voted in favour of this proposal.

The application form can be obtained from the management office. Submit the completed form to the management office at least one day prior to the planned visit.

It has come to Management attention that there are residents who have violated our RFID tag issuance terms and conditions that the RFID tag didn't affix to the vehicle (Transfer to other party/vehicle).

This irresponsible act is considered a security breach to our community.

Once confirmed such an act, Management will deactivate all the RFID issued to the house without any further reference.
