WSC是由一群热血的志工组成的一个非营利慈善机构，并于28/2/2017正式成立。
起初成立是透过身边朋友以每月RM20捐款做为WSC慈善活动经费。每月志工们都会到社区里的老人院，儿童之家，残障中心等慈善机构进行探访以及举办活动如：义煮，义诊，义剪，打扫等。
2018年3月，在社会大众的支持下，我们设立了WSC社区中心与志工会所，主要目的是为病患免费提供借用各类医疗器材如：病床，轮椅，拐杖等等。WSC的宗旨是以不分种族、信仰与社会阶级，来让更多有需要的人得到援助。

WSC operate as non-profit charity organization was formed by a group of passionate youth volunteers and established on 2
8/02/2017. At first, it was established to promote the donation of RM 20 per month through friends as an activity fund, and all of the fund was solely used for charity purposes. In fact, every month, volunteers will visit the community's nursing homes, children's homes, disability centers and other charity institutions to organize activities such as voluntary cooking, medical consultation, hair grooming, cleaning and the list goes on. At the beginning of 2018, we began to set up community centers, mainly to provide free medical equipment for sick patients. Our mission and purpose is to make assistance available to more people in need, regardless of race, religion or social classes.
