PEPS Johor had successfully organised the CPD Session : "7th Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS) Roadshow in Johor Bahru "* - Key Highlights on the latest amendments at Grand Paragon Hotel, Johor Bahru on 19 January 2026. A total of 92 property practitioners and consultants had participated in our CPD session.

A heartfelt thank you to all our 4 distinguished Speakers and Moderators, Sr Subramaniam Arumugam, Sr Elvin Fernandez, Sr Michael Kong Kok Kee and Sr Prem Kumar.

PEPS Johor has successfully organised an engagement session with Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) on Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) and Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd on Forest City - Special Financial Zone (SFZ) on 5 November 2025 at Forest City.

The JS-SEZ session was presented by Puan Nor Fazilah binti Mohd. Razali, Head of Strategic Communications, IRDA. She has shared the insights on the latest developments of the JS-SEZ and Forest City Special Financial Zone (FC-SFZ) — two strategic initiatives have shaping Johor’s investment and property ecosystem.

Mr. Kevin Li, Chief Financial Officer of Country Garden Malaysia & Singapore, shared the perspectives on Forest City’s role within the SFZ and its potential to enhance the regional growth.

Through this engagement, participants were able to explore how these initiatives will impact the real estate landscape, as well as the opportunities and challenges ahead for industry professionals.

It was indeed a productive and informative day and hopefully the partipants will find the session is insightful and enriching, especially in gaining a deeper understanding of JS-SEZ and SFZ.
