Let us introduce to you the Jinhai Lotus Light Charity Society in the Johor Bahru District, an organization dedicated to the principles of charity and relief work, with a mission to embody the spirit of Mahayana Bodhisattvas. The "World Lotus Light Charity Society" was formally established on July 30, 1993. It was personally initiated by the founder of the True Buddha School, Grandmaster Lian Shen
g, and is a worldwide charity organization. Jinhai Lotus Light Charity Society (Greater Johor District) Malaysia Service Center originated from the True Buddha School, Jinhai Fellowship (Jinhai Temple), which was born to serve the disadvantaged groups in a larger area. We join hands with branches and disciples worldwide, collectively shouldering the mission of charity and relief, aiming to realize the spirit of Mahayana Bodhisattvas and serve society. We pursue tangible actions to practically implement the theories of Buddhism. The establishment of Jinhai Lotus Light Charity Society aims to harness the collective strength of people, not for oneself but for all sentient beings. With the four immeasurable minds of compassion, joy, equanimity, and giving, we are committed to medical care, social relief, education, culture, and comprehensive end-of-life care. Launching the "Unified Fight Against the Epidemic • Compassionate Donation" campaign to assist vulnerable families, groups, and the general public during the pandemic.
2. Collaborating with the World Lotus Light Charity Society for the "Lotus Light Love 💗 Aid Supplies" initiative, providing assistance to flood victims, impoverished students, and families in need.
3. Providing aid funds for the Chinese New Year of the Ox, along with compassionate 💕 meal boxes for the homeless, street dwellers, and impoverished elderly.
4. Organizing various other charity events to address diverse societal needs. We sincerely appeal to everyone to generously contribute and extend a helping hand to those in need.
