Johor Outreach & Community Centre JOCC is the central point for refugees in Johor to gain access to information and services.

The Johor Outreach and Community Centre (JOCC) is a safe space and platform for refugees to get-together and build initiatives towards community development in Johor. We connect refugees to UNHCR services, health services, cash-based intervention, case management and education. JOCC is managed by registered Malaysian Society, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Cahaya Suraya Bakti (CSB), in partnership with UNHCR Malaysia.
