【爱心之友慈善组织】爱心书包迎开学

爱心之友慈善组织联同 GD Partnership 联办「爱心书包迎开学」慈善活动，并温馨共庆 冬至 与 圣诞节。
活动旨在通过实际行动关怀弱势学子，让孩子们拥有 平等的学习机会，以更自信的步伐迎接新学期。
本次活动由 刚从悉尼大学学成归国的李佩珊医生（爱心之友医药顾问）担任司仪，共有 50 位孩童 获赠开学礼物，包括 全新的书包、校服鞋 以及 圣诞礼物，为他们的新学年注入温暖与希望。
爱心之友主席 吴伟翔 在致辞中鼓励孩子们不向困境低头，以坚毅的精神和努力的态度追求知识，勇敢追梦。
每一份爱心书包与全新的校服鞋，不仅是学习所需的物资，更承载着如父母般的关爱与期望，鼓励孩子们以 自信、积极、向上的心态 迎接新学期的挑战。
配合即将到来的冬至，爱心之友署理主席 郑惠浓 贴心准备了 汤圆 与大家分享。
汤圆象征着 团圆与圆满，也寓意孩子们在学业与考试中 事事顺利、圆圆满满。

Caring Schoolbags for a New Beginning
Love and Care Society 爱心之友慈善组织 , in collaboration with GD Partnership, successfully organized the “Caring Schoolbags for a New Beginning” charity event, held in conjunction with the celebration of Winter Solstice and Christmas.
The event aimed to support underprivileged children through tangible acts of care, ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and begin the new school term with confidence and dignity.
The event was hosted by Dr. Sandy Lee, who has recently returned to Malaysia after completing her studies at The University of Sydney and currently serves as the Medical Advisor to Love & Care Society.
A total of 50 children received school-start gifts, including brand-new schoolbags, school uniforms, and Christmas presents, bringing joy and encouragement to their hearts.
In his speech, Mr. Ryan Goh , president of Love & Care Society, encouraged the children to remain resilient in the face of challenges, to persevere in their studies, and to believe in a brighter future.
Each schoolbag and pair of new school shoes represents more than just essential learning supplies — they carry parent-like care, hope, and encouragement, empowering children to embrace the new academic year with confidence, positivity, and determination.
In celebration of the upcoming Winter Solstice, Deputy Chairman Ms. Ceylyn Tay thoughtfully prepared tang yuan for everyone.
Tang yuan symbolizes reunion and completeness, and also conveys heartfelt wishes for academic success and smooth examinations for the children.
