On 26 February 2026 (Thursday), our Early Group Stroke Champions participated in a gardening session (repotting), where they transferred their vegetable plants into larger pots.

Engaging stroke champions in gardening offers many benefits, including:
1. Helps improve attention.
2. Stimulates memory (remembering plant care routines such as repotting and watering).
3. Enhances sensory stimulation (especially visual stimulation).
