Dear friends and contributors, we wish to inform you all that as from now, we do not accept soft toys! For health and hygienic reasons we cannot give them to others. Therefore, any soft toys sent to us will be sent off to dumpsters! This is most unfortunate! We tried our best to convince people to accept them but we hardly had any takers!

We are calling all Ipoh environment lovers to join us fight pollution to prevent flash floods like what we saw happening in CNY Eve!

If you and your neighbours send your recyclables to us, the chances of flash floods in your neighbourhood will be reduced! There will be less materials to clog drains and runoff holes on your road curbs!

In addition, your neighbourhood would be healthier! Less places for mosquitoes to breed! Food containers carry stagnant water for mosquitoes to breed! They cause dengue and malaria!

By recycling paper and cardboard you save trees! New paper is made from pulp of trees! Revyvling paper reduces the demand for fresh pulp and thus less trees will be cut! With more trees around, you get more fresh air, less surface runoff and a cooler environment all leading to a healthier environment!

Joint is and be an environment ranger. Learn to separate recyclables and send them for recycling! Not only will you help to keep your environment health and safe, you also make some money.
