‼️WE HAVE ALMOST NO FUNDS LEFT IN OUR ACCOUNT ‼️

Dear mama and papa,

We have no funds left to pay our caterers for this week’s meals.

These videos were taken today at 6AM while we were feeding the landfill dogs.

We are worried that if the situation continues, we may have no choice but to reduce the number of feedings just so we can manage our expenses without owing our caterers.

We are in desperate need of funds, especially for their cooked meals.

Please help us keep feeding them. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference.

Thank you for always standing with our PapanSouls. ❤️

Pet owners are one of the main reasons the stray population in this country continues to grow, despite the tireless efforts of NGOs, rescuers and volunteers who spend their time and resources rescuing, caring for and neutering stray animals.

Last week, one of our volunteers caught a man attempting to dump a dog at the landfill. Thankfully, our volunteer intervened and managed to stop him. The man eventually left, angrily.

Situations like this remind us of how important responsible pet ownership is.

Taking in a pet is a commitment of at least 15 years, and sometimes much longer. It comes with financial, emotional and lifelong responsibilities.

As rescuers, we are already stretched to our limits. We are tired, overwhelmed and financially drained, but we continue because these animals need help.

We kindly ask pet owners to do their part too.

Please neuter your dogs.
Please don't abandon unwanted pets.
And please seek help or responsible rehoming options if you are struggling to care for an animal.

Every responsible pet owner can help prevent more animals from ending up on the streets.

Your pet is your responsibility!

✨ Arya

Arya is one of the lucky ones who was rescued from the landfill on the very same day he was dumped there.

He was found sitting inside one of the old huts, with severe eye discharge, extremely thin, and with his protruding tail bone.

Five years later, after being surrounded by love and care from the PapanSouls team, look at Arya now. ❤️

We also call him Frog. He has a funny little habit. He loves sitting in the rain and barking at the sky. 🐕🌧️

We believe every forgotten soul deserves a second chance. And you, our mama and papa, are the pillar of strength that makes these second chances possible.

Right now, our funds are running low across all categories and we are very worried about how we will continue to care for them. 🥺

Please help us continue giving them the love, food and care they deserve.

‼️ RESCUES ARE ON HOLD ‼️

🐾 We urgently need your help to clear our RM21,195.50 outstanding medical bills.

Our panel vets have continued caring for the dogs we rescue, but until we settle these bills, we have to put new rescues on hold.

Every contribution, big or small, will help us clear the bills and continue helping dogs in need. ❤️🐾
