A rescuer of ours found strays near Baru 12, KG Ulu Langat. She plans to catch 3 of the dogs to be spayed for the time being.
We were told that these 3 females had delivered many times. Dishearteningly, people either throw away the new born puppies or the puppies died soon after delivery.
The lovely dog in this video is Miss Black. Miss Black was caught using a trap and was sent to a vet in Cheras. A pet taxi collected and returned her to the original location. We have 2 more females to be trapped and spayed.
Do this instead, if you find yourself face to face with an angry dog, keep calm and don't run. Running will enable their predatory instincts. Don't make any loud noises or make eye contact to avoid provoking the animal then slowly back away until you are in a safe place. If you find a dog following you, remember to keep calm and ignore it. It will soon lose interest.
Dogs, like all animals, are not mindless beast. They are just trying to survive the way they know how. Be kind.
Please consider donating to out cause to help reduce stray population! Thank you for those who have supported us, we appreciate your generosity.💖💖
