Creating a Welcoming Inclusive Environment for All Children!
Having children with special needs in your classroom can be daunting and challenging. Yet, it is disheartening to see these children being rejected by our mainstream kindergartens and primary schools.
Ms. Ng Lai Thin, project manager of the National Early Childhood Intervention Council (NECIC), has published a book - "Small Steps, Big Changes - For PreSchool Inclusion", a toolbox of strategies to implement inclusive education to support children with special needs in the classroom.
Come join us in the Inclusion in Action session where various practitioners will share strategies on how teachers can support children with diverse needs. We are targeting Pre-School Operators, Principals and Head Teachers to participate in this event which will be held on 7th February 2026 (Saturday) at SEGi College, Penang.
