过去，马来西亚槟城感恩之家非盈利老人院面临了房东暂停租借房子、水灾等等因素，导致老人院面临多次的搬迁。因此，感恩之家非盈利老人院希望可以筹募 250 万发展基金。通过此发展基金，

感恩之家非盈利老人院可以拥有一块土地并盖属于自己的房子，好让长者能够度过安定的晚年，不必时刻担心搬迁问题。

Persatuan Syukur Penyayang Pulau Pinang is a non-profit organisation based in Penang Malaysia. At present, some of the elderly residents are independent and able to take care of themselves, some have limited mobility, while others are frail or bedridden with disabilities and also elderly with mild mental illness. In the past, Syukur Penyayang faced the termination of renting house by landlord and heavy floods. All these problems made the home faced multiple relocations. Syukur Penyayang hope to raise RM2.5 million development funds to have their own piece of land and house. So that the residents in old folks home would have a permanent home and not to worry about relocation in the future. Therefore, to let us continue with the journey, we appeal for help from the society and government organisations at large to work hand-in-hand with us to offer your love and become a bridge for funding – so that together, we can help more old folks who are homeless and needy.
