We invited the Balai Bomba Dan Penyelamat Jalan Perak Department to conduct a fire drill demonstration at our centre to educate and prepare persons with disabilities (OKU) for emergency situations. The session focused on fire safety awareness, proper evacuation procedures, and the safe use of fire extinguishers.

Through simple and practical guidance, participants were shown how to respond calmly and safely during a fire. The demonstration also helped build confidence among staff and residents in handling emergencies more effectively.

This initiative highlights the importance of inclusive safety education and ensures that everyone, regardless of ability, is better prepared in the event of a fire emergency.

Recycling Through Charity
Thank you and grateful to Phili-Orient Group of Companies and Management for a community recycling meaningful collaboration charity partnership where recyclable materials are collected not only to protect the environment, but also to support social causes and individuals in need.

By working together with donors, recyclable items are transformed into resources that fund charitable services, creating a cycle of giving and sustainability. Thank you.

Today, members from the Penang Medical Practitioners Society visited Eden to learn more about the organisation and its free services rendered to persons with disabilities in the community.
During the visit, they were introduced to the centre’s programmes, daily activities, and the support provided to residents. It was a meaningful session of sharing and interaction, helping them better understand the work and mission of Eden.
We sincerely appreciate their interest and time in visiting our centre. Thank you for your support and concern towards people with disabilities in the community. 💙
