THROWING RECUE TECHNIQUES
USING THROW BAG
2 simple methods every lifesaver should know:
1️⃣ Direct Throw
Aim beyond the victim, shout “ROPE!”, and let them grab. Stay low, brace, and pull safely.
2️⃣ Manual Coiling Throw
Recoiling the rope for a second throw—more control, better accuracy.
