🎳Thank you for a ball of a time!🎳

The Senior Citizens Association Penang took our kids from The Salvation Army Penang Childrens Home for a friendly bowling tournament recently at the Penang Bowl.

The event was to encourage active participation and social interaction between senior citizens, youths, and children, and the time they spent together was a meaningful way to foster intergenerational relationships.

A big thank you to the uncles and aunties at the Senior Citizens Association Penang!

Fun-filled day at circus water show!🎪💦

The children had an unforgettable experience at the live circus water show by Great British Circus at Juru Auto City, Penang.

They were fully engaged and enjoyed every performance!

When the children are well-rested, they can be better mentally, emotionally and physically too.

The Salvation Army Penang Children’s Home is looking for an Administration Assistant to help with daily office work.

⏰ Working Hours:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Tasks:
💰 Finance: Handle invoices, payments, petty cash, and reports.
👥 HR: Help with staff records, attendance, payroll, and recruitment.
🏠 Facilities: Support maintenance, service contracts, and property records.
📄 Office Work: Answer calls, write letters, keep files, help with donors, meetings, and reports.

We Want Someone Who:

Is organized and careful with work.
Can communicate well and help the team.
Can handle different tasks at the same time.

🌟Thank you Georgetown Specialist Hospital🌟

A group of five representatives from the hospital visited The Salvation Army Penang Childrens Home to donate groceries and household goods.

We are grateful for their generosity and support towards our home and the children under our care.

🥰We accept items such as rice, noodles, fresh vegetables and fruits, eggs, milk, laundry detergent and personal care items at any of our residential care homes in Ipoh, Penang and Kuching to enable us to provide the best care to our residents🥰
