Thank you to Featured Speaker Heng See Lin, an NLP Practitioner, for sharing a meaningful topic - Emotional CPR with our Toastmasters members and guests.

Just like physical CPR saves lives, Emotional CPR helps us rescue the “life” of our relationships with family members, teammates, and colleagues.
By learning to catch and acknowledge our emotions, pause before reacting, and reframe or respond thoughtfully, we can communicate more effectively and build stronger connections.

A powerful reminder that the right words, at the right moment, can make all the difference.
