Penang Shan Children's Home Association PSCHA began as a dream and initiative of Dr. S Balakrishnan. Vision: Empowering Our Children To Advance And Achieve Tomorrow's Realities 1.

It is a non-profit, NGO catering the needs of orphans, neglected children and from dysfunctional families. Sponsor-A-Child
The average monthly expenditure per child amounts to RM400. This includes lodging, education, meals, transportation and pocket money; or

The home solely depends on donations to meet the relatively high running cost. They would be very grateful members of th
