After Penang Wanning’s anniversary dinner the evening before, we were happy to meet again with our Wanning affiliates from Selangor, Melaka and Batu Pahat for a dim sum breakfast at Daily Fish Restaurant before their return home journey. In a relaxed setting, everyone enjoyed chatting, reminiscing, and sharing updates, strengthening connections across regions. Though simple, the gathering was meaningful and helped reinforce our clan ties, shared heritage, and sense of unity.
在槟榔屿万宁同乡会前一晚的周年晚宴之后，我们很高兴再次与来自雪兰莪、马六甲和峇株巴辖的万宁宗亲相聚，在天天鱼餐厅共进点心早餐，然后他们再启程返家。在轻松的氛围中，大家愉快地交谈、回忆往事，并分享近况，进一步加强了各地之间的联系。虽然聚会简单，却意义深远，有助于巩固我们的宗亲情谊、共同的文化传承以及团结精神。

Penang Wanning members and volunteers started early to prepare for the MiaoHui CNY celebration, decorating the booth with plants, red cloth, ribbons, ornaments, and cultural items for a welcoming display. Meanwhile, volunteers busily prepared delicacies for visitors to savour, their teamwork setting the booth for a joyful celebration.

Penang Wanning members and volunteers took pride in participating in the yearly Penang MiaoHui, a CNY cultural celebration organized by the Penang State Government that brings together diverse communities to showcase their heritage and traditions. At the event, Penang Wanning set up a booth demonstrating the preparation of traditional Hainanese delicacies, warmly inviting visitors to experience their unique flavors and culinary techniques passed down through generations. Adding to the visual appeal of our presence, members and volunteers, dressed in vibrant and coordinated attire, presented a unified and professional image that fully demonstrated team spirit, cooperation, and discipline.
槟榔屿万宁同乡会会员与志愿者自豪地参与了一年一度的槟城庙会，这是一项由槟州政府主办的农历新年文化庆典，汇聚各族群共同展示各自的文化遗产与传统。在活动中，槟榔屿万宁设立了展位，展示海南传统美食的制作过程，并热情邀请访客前来体验代代相传的独特风味与烹饪技艺。为增添整体视觉效果，会员与志愿者身穿色彩鲜艳且整齐统一的服装，以一致且专业的形象亮相，充分展现团队精神、协作能力与纪律性。

The day after Labour Day gave us the perfect excuse to celebrate Labour Day, in our true Wanning spirit. Held on a relaxed Saturday, the event brought many together to enjoy each other’s company. Our potluck gathering brought a delightful variety of shared dishes, each adding its own flavor to the day. More than just a meal, it was a chance for its members and their families to mingle, connect, and strengthen bonds—fostering a warm sense of togetherness and closeness.
劳动节后的那一天，为我们提供了一个绝佳的理由，以真正的万宁精神来庆祝劳动节。活动在一个轻松的星期六举行，吸引了许多人欢聚一堂，共享彼此的陪伴。我们的百家菜聚餐带来了丰富多样的美食，每一道菜都为当天增添了独特的风味。这不仅仅是一顿饭，更是一个让会员及其家人相互交流、联络感情并加深联系的机会，从而营造出温馨融洽、亲密无间的团聚氛围。
