A structured colouring activity where Hud followed number cues to complete sea animal illustrations. He carefully looked at each number, selected the correct colour, and worked through the picture step by step.
This session supported:
✨ Early numeracy skills through number recognition and matching
✨ Visual attention by focusing on details in the worksheet
✨ Fine motor coordination through controlled colouring
✨ Hand-eye coordination while matching what he sees with movement
✨ Cognitive sequencing by following steps in order

Today’s activity with Isyraq was a lovely one. He started by holding a coloured pencil tightly and began exploring the different colours with curiosity and excitement. It was wonderful to see his focus and how eager he was to experiment. He enjoyed identifying and colouring various sea animals, expressing himself through his choice of colours. 🥰❤️

A simple corn pudding activity with Janna turned into a meaningful occupational therapy session filled with growth, engagement, and joy 🌽💛
In every scoop, stir, and pour, she was building skills that go far beyond the kitchen—toward independence in daily life.

Today, Janna worked on:

✨ scooping and transferring ingredients with improved control
✨ stirring mixture with better hand strength and coordination
✨ using both hands together for functional tasks (bilateral coordination)
✨ improving fine motor precision and grip endurance
✨ following simple cooking sequences step by step
✨ exploring sensory input through texture and movement
✨ building confidence through a purposeful, real-life activity
