𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋 𝐉𝐎𝐌 𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐒𝐈𝐀 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 @ 𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐍, 𝐒𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐇 🇲🇾

Pada 24-26 Julai 2026, Postal Forum telah menyertai Festival Jom Malaysia 2026 di Kompleks Sukan Sandakan, Sabah, anjuran Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Kos Sara Hidup (KPDN), meningkatkan kesedaran terhadap hak dan tanggungjawab pengguna dalam perkhidmatan pos dan kurier.

Acara tersebut telah dirasmikan pada 25 Julai 2026 oleh Datuk Ewon Benedick, Timbalan Ketua Menteri Sabah, mewakili YAB Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji bin Haji Noor, Ketua Menteri Sabah. Majlis perasmian tersebut turut disantuni kehadiran YB Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali, Menteri KPDN, YB Datuk Samad bin Jambri @ Jamri, Pembantu Menteri Pembangunan Luar Bandar Sabah, YBhg. Dato' Seri Mohd Sayuthi bin Bakar, Ketua Setiausaha KPDN, YB Datuk Walter Kenson, Presiden Majlis Perbandaran Sandakan (MPS) dan dif-dif kehormat.

Postal Forum berpeluang mendekati penduduk setempat dan berkongsi maklumat berkaitan perlindungan pengguna dan peranan Postal Forum dalam pemerkasaan pengguna. Dialog secara langsung dengan para pengguna di Sabah memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas tentang lanskap dan taraf perkhidmatan pos dan kurier yang diterima di negeri ini.

Antara topik perkongsian dengan komuniti di Sandakan adalah termasuk:

✅Isu-isu perkhidmatan pos dan kurier yang dihadapi dan tahap kepuasan pengguna
✅Standard minima perkhidmatan yang digunapakai di bawah Kod Amalan Perkhidmatan Pos (CPPS)
✅ Hak dan tanggungjawab pengguna
✅Kepentingan perlindungan insurans bagi parcel bernilai tinggi
✅Saluran dan tatacara untuk mengemukakan aduan kepada Postal Forum

Penyertaan ini menjadi platform yang bermakna buat Postal Forum untuk memperkukuh usaha advokasi dengan lebih menyeluruh dan inklusif, manakala maklumbalas dari pengguna telah mendorong perbincangan untuk jadi lebih tertumpu kepada CPPS.

Setinggi-tinggi penghargaan diucapkan kepada KPDN selaku penganjur serta semua pengujung yang meluangkan masa di reruai Postal Forum. Semoga maklumat yang disampaikan dapat meningkatkan kesedaran dan memberi manfaat kepada masyarakat.

𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Postal Forum was honoured to be a strategic exhibitor at the International Regulatory Conference (IRC) 2026, held on 21-22 July 2026. Hosted by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and officiated by Minister of Communications YB Dato' Seri Fahmi Fadzil, the conference brought together regulators, policymakers, industry leaders, academicians and international partners to exchange views on shaping a trusted and resilient digital future.

During the conference, Postal Forum engaged with participants on current developments and trends in the postal and courier industry, including progress under the Code of Practice for Postal Services (CPPS) - covering service standards, safety and security measures, and efforts to strengthen consumer protection and industry resilience.

In line with the conference theme, "Shaping the Next Digital Era: Regulation, Resilience and Trust," Postal Forum remains committed to promoting responsible postal and courier practices and building public trust through continued advocacy and collaboration with industry stakeholders.

Our congratulations to MCMC for successfully hosting IRC 2026, and our thanks to the organiser and fellow attendees for the good conversations, ideas and potential partnerships that came out of the event. These exchanges help drive better standards and positive change across the industry.

🚚 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 🚚

On 18 July 2026, Postal Forum and the Association of Malaysian Express Carriers (AMEC) successfully co-organised the Courier Industry Safe Driving Challenge 2026 at MAEPS Serdang. Officiated by Mr Ronald Tan, President of AMEC, the event was also attended by representatives from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening workplace and road safety, industry professionalism as well as service excellence within Malaysia's postal and courier sector.

The competition brought together 26 courier professionals representing seven courier companies; City-Link Express (M) Sdn Bhd, Federal Express Services (M) Sdn Bhd, GD Express Sdn Bhd, J&T Express (M) Sdn Bhd, MTR Services Sdn Bhd, Pos Malaysia and Skynet Worldwide (M) Sdn Bhd. Participants demonstrated their knowledge, driving skills and operational readiness through a series of theoretical and practical assessments across motorcycle, van and truck categories, designed to reflect real-world driving and workplace scenarios.

Postal Forum also took the opportunity to soft launch the Malaysia Courier Safety Passport (MyCSP). Developed specifically for the courier industry, MyCSP is a structured safety training programme designed to equip courier personnel with essential workplace and road safety competencies while establishing a common safety benchmark for the industry. Through this initiative, Postal Forum aims to enhance safety standards, strengthen professionalism and support the development of a safer, more resilient and sustainable postal and courier ecosystem. The registration is now open, with training scheduled to commence in September 2026.

Pada 14 Julai 2026 (Selasa), Postal Forum (PF) telah mengadakan satu sesi mesyuarat bersama Pusat Respons Scam Kebangsaan (National Scam Response Centre (NSRC)) bagi meneroka potensi kerjasama serta memperkukuh komitmen bersama dalam usaha melindungi pengguna.

Pertemuan ini turut menjadi platform untuk memperkenalkan Postal Forum serta berkongsi peranan dan inisiatif yang dilaksanakan oleh kedua-dua organisasi.

PF juga mengambil peluang ini untuk memperkenalkan Postal Industry Anti-Scam Intelligence, di samping membincangkan bagaimana kerjasama strategik dapat memperkukuh usaha pencegahan penipuan, meningkatkan kesedaran pengguna serta memperkasa perkongsian maklumat dalam ekosistem pos dan kurier.

🚚 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 🚚

On 11 July 2026 (Saturday) Postal Forum, in collaboration with the Association of Malaysian Express Carriers (AMEC) have organised the Courier Industry Safe Driving Challenge 2026. The initiative underscores a shared commitment to enhancing safety standards and fostering a stronger safety culture across Malaysia's courier industry.

The competition brings together 26 courier professionals representing seven courier companies, i.e. J&T Express, FedEx, GDEX, City-Link Express, Pos Malaysia, MTR and SkyNet, to compete across three vehicle categories: motorcycle, van and truck.

Participants are challenged to demonstrate their knowledge, practical skills and operational readiness through a series of assessments designed to reflect real-world driving and workplace scenarios.

More than just a competition, the programme aims to:-

✅️Promote greater safety awareness and the adoption of industry best practices;
✅️ Strengthen technical knowledge in road and workplace safety;
✅️ Encourage better compliance with industry standards while cultivating a stronger safety culture; and
✅️ Foster healthy competition, teamwork and professional excellence across the courier industry.

During the preliminary round, participants completed a theoretical knowledge assessment, vehicle inspection test and hazard perception test. The competition will culminate in the final circuit driving challenge on 18 July 2026 at Parking 1, Zone M, MAEPS Serdang, where participants will put their practical driving skills to the ultimate test.

This challenge comes at an exciting time for the industry, as Postal Forum works toward the launch of the Malaysia Courier Safety Passport (MyCSP) training later this year, with training set to begin in September 2026. MyCSP will formalise the certification of safety competency for riders and drivers nationwide, building on the very spirit of skill, discipline and professionalism this competition celebrates today.
