馬來西亞泰餐飲食業公會創辦于2012年8月30日，至今創立接近2年，創辦的目的就只是要聚集泰餐業者，或喜好美食的饕客，一同交流，并為推廣泰國餐在我國的發展。
泰國餐在我國是最受歡迎的其中一種料理，而且泰國餐在世界上排名在第五，受到國際的肯定。
