🌍 World Meditation Day · 世界静坐日
World Meditation Day 提醒我们:
🌍 World Meditation Day
I am deeply honored to be invited as one of the speakers for World Meditation Day,
representing Divine Dharma Meditation (DDM) to share our perspective on inner stillness and mental well-being.
This is my first time participating in a gathering where different meditation and spiritual organizations come together.
Despite our diverse backgrounds and paths, we are united by a shared intention:
👉 To help people reconnect with inner peace and clarity.
In today’s fast-paced world,
many people are not lacking in effort, intelligence, or ambition.
What is often missing is something much quieter —
the ability to slow down,to calm the mind,
and to return to one’s original, stable self.
World Meditation Day reminds us that meditation is not an escape from reality.
It is a way to create inner space —
to settle emotions,
to clear mental noise,
and to cultivate awareness,
so that we can face life, relationships, and challenges with greater steadiness and compassion.
At this event,
I will be sharing from the perspective of Divine Dharma Meditation,
how meditation and inner awareness, when practiced gradually and consistently,
can bring stability that extends beyond the meditation cushion and into daily life.
I am grateful to the organizers for this meaningful invitation,
and thankful for the opportunity to engage in this cross-community exchange.
May this moment of stillness not remain only for one day,but continue to ripple gently into the lives of many.
🕊️ May we all return to our inner stillness.
