The seed of the organization was sown by a handful of far sighted members who made no mistake in having done the job. HYO Butterworth Branch was officially registered on 13 April 1976 by a group of dedicated youths in order to unite the Hindu Youths, to help those in greatest needs and to fill the cultural, spiritual and economic gaps. Ever since then, HYO Butterworth has organised many youth deve

lopment projects for the benefits of youths in Penang state and across the country.

- Won many National Award for the best service.
