我們內在有一個部分不參與任何事情，只是見證著；還有另一個部分做足了一切——享受、痛苦、快樂、忙個不停。所以有一部分持續變動，有一部分從不改變。

因此你會注意到，有時你覺得自己從未變過。當你看著孩子們長大，一個個變得那麼大，但你卻沒有變老。這是真的！
