PPIA is a duly registered non-profit, tax exempted organization, committed to serve children and youths with intellectual challenges in and around Batu Pahat, irrespective of race and religion. PPIA is tax exempted, registered under ROS No. 1624 and dependent on public funding. 峇株巴辖特殊教育中心是个非营利机构，通过大众捐款经营。
