Malaysian Community Care Foundation (MCCF) was founded by Dato' Seri Hj Halim Bin Hj Ishak. MCCF was officially incorporated by the Trustee (Incorporation) Act 1952 [Act 258] on 13th March, 2015

Dato' Seri Hj Halim was actively involved in Malaysian Community Crime Care Association (MCCCA), a non-governmental organization aimed at educating communities on recognizing criminal activities and colla

borating with communities on early crime prevention and security. Realising there is lacking in unity amongst communities and younger generations, Dato' Hj Halim began to explore the possibility of developing a new platform where the emphasis will be on inculcating unity, peace, harmony, loyalty and security through activities such as sports, education, social, cultural, heritage and religious. As a result, they decided to form Malaysian Community Care Foundation (MCCF) as a new platform to promote peace, unity, harmony and patriotism among youngsters besides conducting charity activities and helping the needy. MCCF aims to become an organization that will consolidate resources in order to champion justice, peace as well as humanitarian assistance locally and globally. It will carry out charitable activities focusing on giving guidance to younger generation on preserving social development giving emphasis to social values, unity, comradely and harmony.
