🌙 Iftar Distribution — Tawilah, North Darfur

Alhamdulillah, Spark Hope Organization successfully carried out two Iftar distributions in Tawilah, North Darfur, supporting vulnerable families during the blessed month of Ramadan.

These consecutive efforts ensured that individuals facing hardship had access to warm meals at Iftar time, bringing relief, dignity, and hope to the community.

RAMADAN FOOD BASKET DISTRIBUTION FOR SUDANESE FAMILIES - 2026

This Ramadan, we aim to support 300 war-affected families across Sudan by providing essential food baskets so they can break their fast with dignity and hope.

🍚 RM 250 sponsors 1 full Ramadan basket
🎯 Target: 300 families
💰 Fundraising Goal: RM 75,000

Every contribution — big or small — brings us closer to ensuring that no family is left behind this Ramadan.

This initiative is a joint effort by Spark Hope Organization and the Sudanese Student Community.

PERLIS, MALAYSIA – 2 February 2026 – Spark Hope Organization held a strategic meeting with Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin (UniSIRAJ) Perlis to explore and strengthen collaboration on Sudanese student recruitment and educational opportunities.

The discussion with the UniSIRAJ Marketing Department focused on academic pathways, scholarship possibilities, application processes, and coordinated outreach efforts to support qualified Sudanese students in accessing higher education in Malaysia.

This engagement reflects Spark Hope’s continued commitment to empowering Sudanese youth through education and building strong partnerships with higher education institutions.

Over the past year, Spark Hope has implemented a range of initiatives aimed at equipping young people with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive academically and professionally.

From Home to Shelter 🇸🇩

On 30 January 2026, we came together at Albukhary International University to shed light on Sudan’s forced displacement crisis-a humanitarian catastrophe affecting millions of civilians.

This conference was not just a conversation, but a call to action: to challenge misconceptions, amplify expert voices, and stand in solidarity with displaced Sudanese families.

We are deeply grateful to our distinguished speakers and everyone who attended, supported, and donated. Your presence truly made a difference.

أدت الحرب في السودان إلى نزوح أكثر من 12 مليون شخص من منازلهم، حيث فرَّ أكثر من 4.3 مليون شخص إلى دول الجوار. وبينما توجه معظم اللاجئين إلى تشاد ومصر، تشهد ليبيا الآن تدفقاً كبيراً للوافدين السودانيين.

تتزايد الاحتياجات الإنسانية في ظل معاناة الناس في المخيمات والمجتمعات المضيفة، بينما يظل الوصول إلى المساعدات محدوداً بسبب الصراع المستمر.
