REHDA Kedah Perlis REHDA Malaysia was established in 1970 with 13 pioneer members based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

When it was first established, the name of the association was Housing Developers' Association (HDA) Malaysia. Later, with effect from 13 October 2000

, the association was renamed Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (REHDA) Malaysia. To date, REHDA Malaysia has over 800 developers and grown to be the leading voice for developers in all property categories, from traditional housing projects to condominiums, townships, towering commercial complexes, shopping malls, state-of-the-art golf courses, hospitals, theme parks and industrial estates. Being the sole national representative body for developers, REHDA plays a pivotal role in ensuring that developers' views are heard by relevant authorities and government agencies. REHDA remains committed to nation building and betterment of life. With the increasing number of Kedah/Perlis Real Estate and Housing Developers becoming members of REHDA Malaysia, REHDA Kedah/ Perlis Branch was established in 1979 to better serve Kedah/Perlis members.

REHDA Kedah/Perlis attended a Housing Industry Engagement Session chaired by YB Mejar (B) Mansor Bin Zakaria, the Kedah State EXCO for Housing, Local Government and Health at Wisma Darul Aman.

REHDA Kedah/Perlis delegation was led by Chairperson, Mr Yeoh Su Guan, accompanied by Committee Members Mr Loh Wai Keat, En Kamarudin Bin Minai and En Nordihan Bin Hashim.

REHDA Kedah/Perlis was invited by Majlis Bandaraya Alor Setar (MBAS) to attend the Konvensyen Integriti & Pencegahan Rasuah Peringkat Kerajaan Tempatan 2026. The convention was organized in collaboration with Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) on 12 February 2026 at Dewan Besar As-Sakinah, Menara MBAS.
