Este 27 de agosto de 2024 el Dr. Eric Rosas firmó el Memorando de Entendimiento con Optica mediante el que México, a través del Clúster Mexicano de Fotónica, se unió a la Global Environmental Measurement and Monitoring Initiative de la American Geophysical Union (AGU), a fin de establecer el primer Centro GEMM en nuestro país.

Agradecemos profundamente al diputado Javier López Casarín, presidente de la Comisión de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación de la Cámara de Diputados - H. Congreso de la Unión, el haber fungido como Testigo de Honor en este importante acto que tuvo lugar en el Senado de la República.

Camino a la Reunión Anual y Cumbre del European Photonics Industry Consortium para representar al Clúster Mexicano de Fotónica, hice una breve escala en Estrasburgo y tuve la oportunidad de conocer su Université de Strasbourg, una de las universidades más prestigiosas de Francia y Europa.
